Aurora Multi-Market Chain Becomes an Institutional Partner of the Foundation

We are pleased to share that the Aurora multi-market chain has become an institutional partner of the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation.

Under this institutional partnership, Aurora will support the Foundation’s organizational capacity as a whole, not just specific projects. For the Foundation, this is a step that enables strategic, long-term planning of its activities. The development of our partnership is particularly significant now, in the year we mark the centenary of Bohdan Hawrylyshyn’s birth.

“Supporting the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation is, for Aurora, an investment in people who will shape Ukraine’s future. Through this partnership, we hope to inspire the next generation of young leaders – helping them embrace responsibility and act with purpose, guided by the ideas of Bohdan Hawrylyshyn. This resonates deeply with Aurora’s core values, and we are thrilled to grow that impact together,” — Taras Panasenko, co-founder of the Aurora Multimarket.

The Foundation’s collaboration with Aurora has its own history. In 2020–2021, the company partnered with the “Youth Changes Ukraine. Poltava Region” program, supporting the training of young leaders in the region where it had opened its first store. In 2024–2025, we launched a collaboration within the Responsibility Award, which recognizes civil society organizations for their stories of responsible partnership. And today, in 2026, we are transitioning our relationship to a systemic partnership.

“Our collaboration with Aurora is a years-long relationship, a consistent evolution from project-based to institutional partnership. It reflects trust in the Foundation, our vision, mission, and programs. This kind of support allows us to work strategically and strengthen the Foundation’s impact, especially in the year of Bohdan Hawrylyshyn’s centenary,” said Marianna Yeleiko, Director of the Foundation.

“The founders of the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation are particularly pleased to welcome Aurora multi-market chain as a partner, as it reflects on a daily basis the values which we, as a Foundation, promote through all our programs” said Christine Hawrylyshyn-Batruch, Chair of the Foundation.

With the support of the Aurora multi-market chain, the Foundation has already launched a community grant program that will recognize initiatives dedicated to the centenary of Bohdan Hawrylyshyn.
