Ukrainian Youth Delegate to the UN
Ukrainian Youth Delegate to the UN is a nationwide program aimed at increasing youth participation in international diplomacy, promoting the principles of human responsibilities in society, and driving real global and local change initiated by young leaders. In 2024, the program celebrated its 10th anniversary cohort.
The strategic partners of the program since its launch in Ukraine have been the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. In preparation for delegates’ international missions, the Foundation actively cooperates with the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations. Organizational and financial support for the program is provided by Razom for Ukraine.
Within the scope of their one-year mandate, youth delegates build connections with young people from other countries and organize joint activities and events at both the national and international levels.
Recruitment for the program takes place every spring.
The current youth delegates for 2025–2026 are Yan Earl-Ruzhytskyi and Vitalina Shevchenko.
