We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser and Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying grant opportunities and applying for them, establishing partnerships with Ukrainian and  international organizations and business partners. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of successful fundraising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies in line with the foundation’s strategy.
  • Identify grant opportunities and donor priorities, and create a database of partners and donors for future collaboration with the foundation.
  • Support of existing and establishment of new partnerships with Ukrainian and international organizations and business partners.
  • Prepare grant projects and accompanying documentation.
  • Organize fundraising campaigns, monitor their results, conduct evaluations, and prepare reports.
  • Monitor the achievement of KPIs and prepare reports jointly with the project implementation team.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports (if necessary) together with the grant manager and project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant fundraising regulations and guidelines.

Your Background & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Fundraiser or a similar role in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, writing and presentational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and donors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fundraising regulations and guidelines.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages.
  • Experience in successful fundraising with a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets.

The Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation is currently operating remotely, but the presence in Ukraine and the willingness to work from the office in Kyiv is important. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities to grow and develop within the Foundation.
